ci333 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform
These terms govern all use of the ci333 platform by registered players in Bangladesh. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ci333 ("ci333", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ci333 website located at ci333.org, including all games, services, content, and functionality offered through the platform.
These Terms apply to all players accessing ci333 from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. ci333 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
Account Security is Your Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ci333 login credentials. ci333 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Governing Law

2. Eligibility

Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion, whether at the time of registration or subsequently, entitles ci333 to suspend or terminate the account and to withhold or void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances pending investigation.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on the ci333 platform at any time. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account security:
- Your ci333 account is personal and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. ci333 is not responsible for any consequences arising from account sharing.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a specific compliance review. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ci333 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ci333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals for all ci333 accounts:
- The minimum deposit on ci333 is ৳100. ci333 does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction limits.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit to the same ci333 account. This policy is in place for security and fraud prevention purposes.
- Before any withdrawal is processed, ci333 may require the player to complete KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
- ci333 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. ci333 will notify you by email if a withdrawal request is subject to an extended review.
- ci333 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ci333 may freeze the account and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.
- ci333 does not charge its own fees on standard BDT deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party fees charged by payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) are outside ci333's control and may apply.
Funds deposited into a ci333 account may only be used for real-money wagering on the ci333 platform. Deposits may not be used as a mechanism for currency conversion, money transfer, or any purpose other than genuine gaming activity. Any account found to be engaged in non-gaming use of the deposit and withdrawal functions will be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ci333 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
- ci333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has partially completed wagering requirements, the remaining wageable balance will be subject to ci333's discretion.
- Only one bonus may be active in a ci333 account at any time unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Players may not claim the same promotion more than once, including through the use of multiple accounts, multiple devices, or multiple payment methods.
- ci333 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, that wagering requirements were met through a prohibited strategy such as low-risk or arbitrage betting, or that a player has violated any provision of these Terms.
- Bonuses credited to a ci333 account that have not been used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the ci333 platform are governed by the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules published by the relevant game provider:
- All casino games on ci333, including slots, live casino table games, crash games, and fish games, operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. ci333 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so in third-party provider games.
- Sports betting markets on ci333 are offered with pre-match and in-play odds. ci333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or where the result is determined to have been affected by irregular activity.

7. Responsible Gaming

- Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders from their account settings. These limits are applied immediately upon request and, where a limit is being reduced, take effect without delay.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ci333 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:
- Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the ci333 platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or that places automated bets without the player's real-time involvement.
- Registering or operating more than one ci333 account, including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Using the ci333 platform to launder money, facilitate fraud, or process payments on behalf of any third party. ci333 actively cooperates with relevant financial authorities and law enforcement agencies in the detection and investigation of financial crime.

- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing of hole cards in poker, coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of coordinated play designed to gain an advantage not available to individual players acting independently.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process, including the submission of falsified identity documents or falsified proof of payment method ownership.
ci333 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any player's conduct constitutes a breach of this section. ci333's determination will be final and binding. Any balance associated with an account found to be in breach of this section may be forfeited in its entirety.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the ci333 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and databases, is the property of ci333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ci333 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the ci333 platform without the prior written consent of ci333. Any unauthorised use of ci333 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in civil and criminal liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ci333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ci333 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any business interruption, even if ci333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ci333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ci333 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ci333 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ci333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11. Amendments to These Terms
ci333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, ci333 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the ci333 platform prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the ci333 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using ci333 and may request closure of your account by contacting ci333 support at [email protected].
